Three years ago I became obsessed with designing and implementing, with the help of my team, Marketing Plan that will become the roadmap for promoting tourism in the Valencian Community. Some think and how the hell they worked before without a plan?. The truth is that I also ask myself that question a bit. We had a plan, which was rather a series of milestones on the calendar but frankly, did not respond to a real effort targeting a market increasingly complex.
Of course, development a global destination, needs more than a marketing plan, or competitiveness plan or a plan of tourist areas or revitalization plans that five or excellence. To achieve this goal, we need a comprehensive plan, a plan to mark the coordinates of all and sundry. A plan to consolidate. Absorbant. That adds up. Yesterday
present the Strategic Plan 2010-2020 CV. I dare say without reservation that is the most ambitious and far-reaching document that has been designed in the tourism sector of the CV in the last 15 years. A plan that distills consensus, knowledge and focus. A plan that puts the high beams but is focused on results. A coordinates to follow. Someone had to to bell the cat? . Because it has touched the INVATTUR. For me it's an honor to be part of this roadmap and be part of the responsibility for its implementation. You, if you live in this and you're connected to this community, you are also part of that responsibility. To those who criticize the plan for ensuring that is born out of funds, I ask you a bit of discipline and seriousness in an industry that deserves it. They do not realize that all they do is demonstrate that they have not understood anything. Can not you see there is no chicken egg?
