The first year we did not get exactly what we wanted but we managed to shake our management capabilities, somewhat clean dust from under the carpet and lightly oiled machinery. In this third year, we certainly wants a more perfect proposal we have made but I confess that I finally feel that things have changed. To generate trust and confidence to the sector and most importantly to get the push factor, alignment, TOTAL and the illusion of Chiefs. One day someone told me I was risking too much ...
