Is of course, is not important but it is not casual but causal. Let me explain. Will recognize that advocacy of change or transformation the public administration may seem a toast to the sun or better ... .. a somersault. Perhaps unconsciously, that is the reason we chose these photos as "stunt" to their covers.
I will not tell you in this post what is detailed in the paper just presented, nor I will review the most important features or anything like that ... so do not talk about Open Travel Apps or co-marketing or 360 º campaign .. that's the document, the conclusions you leave them to you and hope that soon our projects speak for themselves on us. Only
I emphasize what I consider to overcome a challenge. Three years ago we set forward in the areas of planning and designing from the inside, with lots of listening but not technical assistance of any kind, a document that would allow us to establish a strategic co-ordinates the marketing field and to collect in the manner as neat and clear as possible what would be our proposal to the market.
The first year we did not get exactly what we wanted but we managed to shake our management capabilities, somewhat clean dust from under the carpet and lightly oiled machinery. The second year, I think things got better and we approach a little (just a little more) the document or more However, the planning exercise that passion had idealized.
In this third year, we certainly wants a more perfect proposal we have made but I confess that I finally feel that things have changed. I feel that every time we get closer to that vision that one day we had transparency in the management of risk and liability balance, technique and inspiration. To generate trust and confidence to the sector and most importantly to get the push factor, alignment, TOTAL and the illusion of Chiefs. One day someone told me I was risking too much ... I remember it well "a marketing plan is a package commitments that can turn against you ".. it was all complicate my life ... .. I think I said it with affection but one thing is clear .... things have changed ... ... the most risky in this life is not risk. ;)
